All of the following applies exclusively to computer equipment that has been:

·         labeled with MSM Computer’s brand, both those in use and no longer in use; and

·         purchased by an individual primarily for personal or home business use.

A.     Consumers do not have to pay a separate fee at the time of recycling to recycle used computer equipment.

B.     MSM Computer provides for the collection from a consumer of any used computer equipment.

C.     MSM Computer provides for the recycling or reuse of used computer equipment.

D.     MSM Computer provides for the collection of computer equipment that is reasonably convenient and available to consumers in this state, and designed to meet the collection needs of consumers in this state.

E.      Consumers can find out specifically how and where to return computer equipment at www.msmservices.com/recycle

MSM Computer will accept any computer system we built or computer components we sold at any time in our past for recycling free of charge to our customers.  We will will also accept most e-waste dropped off at our location.  Some items such as monitors not sold by us will require a small fee to cover our costs of disposal.

By law, you will be responsible for any confidential information left on the computer equipment.  We will remove the hard drive for you and if requested we will erase the disk if possible.
